Rezoning - Excellent Homes, LLC
Please note that an information session in reference to the Excellent Homes, LLC proposed rezoning of Lot 3, Solaris Pointe will be held at 11:00 a.m. following the Board of Supervisors meeting on June 12, 2025 in the Public Meeting Room. This session will be informational only to educate the Board on the project. The Public Hearing at the Board of Supervisors level is tentatively scheduled for July 10, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. Please do not hesitate to contact the County Admin office at 804-333-3415 with any questions or concerns on the rezoning.

Richmond County is pleased to announce the launch of our new e-mail notification system in order to keep our citizens more informed of when County meetings are occurring, as well as the agenda for the upcoming meeting. Meeting notifications will be sent for the following Boards and Committee’s: Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Wetlands Board, Anti-Litter Committee, Industrial Development Authority and Comprehensive Plan Committee.
